ABOUT US
We are based in Merrilands, New Plymouth and we cover anywhere between Omata, Waitara and Inglewood. Once we have more drivers, we are hoping to expand the distances.
The main vehicle we use is a 7 seater Nissan Presage.
We are fully licensed drivers but because we don't hold the P license (the passenger endorsement that taxi drivers have), we cannot charge for this service. We rely mainly on funds raised through fundraising and our own pockets.
We also strongly encourage the community to use the local reputable taxi services if you can afford to do so as we don't want to be taking any potential business away from them. We are here solely to help free the streets of Drunk drivers and keep people safe that would otherwise drive themselves because of lack of funds for the taxi etc.
